Pugh, Jones, Johnson & Quandt Partner Stephen Pugh presented  "Personal Liability of In-House Counsel: Tips for Keeping Out of the Hot Seat" at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association 40th Annual Lawyers' Conference in San Francisco on May 3, 2006.  This event is the most significant meeting of the year for the lawyers in the "Blues" organizations.
